Position Overview:

As a UI Designer, you will focus on crafting high-quality, visually compelling designs that enhance the user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and contribute to the overall design strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create intuitive, user-centered interfaces with a focus on visual craftsmanship.
• Develop prototypes and design concepts that align with user goals, brand guidelines, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product teams to refine designs based on feedback and iterative testing.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts.
• Work within design systems and ensure consistency in UI components, typography, and layout across different platforms.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, making suggestions for enhancements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure the creation of modern, aesthetically pleasing, and functional interfaces.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 year of professional experience in UI design.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles, including typography, grid systems, and responsive design.
• Experience with conceptual design thinking, user flows, and creating prototypes to visualize ideas.
• Ability to quickly iterate and present design concepts through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of UX principles, with the ability to measure and optimize user interactions and experiences.
• Experience in a B2B business ecosystem is a plus, though not required.
