Business Analyst Job in Techtic Solutions, Inc.

Technical skills(What is required?)

• Should have a strong background in web and mobile-based projects
• Must have experience in Pre sales of creating SOW, SRS, BRD, Workflow diagram, Use Case, Technical Presentation, Wire-frame/Prototype, Effort Estimation Sheet etc
• Good Understanding of SDLC Process and must have participated in Project Storyboard / documentation, UML Diagrams
• Experience in gathering Business Requirements, communication with end-customers and internal projects team
• Excellent Presentation & Communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good Knowledge of MS office, Wireframing tools, Project tool such as Jira.

Key Responsibilities (What you will be doing?)

• Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements and ensure that projects are completed on time and meet all business and system requirements.
• Lead clients to understand how current or envisioned processes align with industry best practices.
• Complete current state analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Participate in the system design and system selection processes as the voice of the business user.
• Act as a liaison between business and systems during analysis, development and testing phases
• Bridge between business and technical teams to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications
• Support requirements understanding and issue resolution throughout the project life cycle
• Support user acceptance testing to ensure that the product is functioning well as it is envisioned
