Job Description:

Skills (What is required?)

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Solid understanding of project management methods, methodologies, frameworks, terminology, and processes
• Bachelor s or Masters degree in computer science or related field
• PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of IT project management from conception to delivery experience is must
• Experience in Documentation on Mind Maps, Technical Specification and System Architecture /Flow Diagram /Sequence Diagram/ User Guide, Jira, etc
• Proven experience in creating project-related documents
• Should have handled over 5 projects simultaneously.
• Should have solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Strong problem-solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Agile knowledge is highly desired

• Track project performance to ensure all goals and quality standards are met
• Maintain communication between the team, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project life-cycle.
• Ensure quality and on-time project delivery to the client within the agreed budget.
• organize and define a smooth workflow between teams, daily reporting from and to between teams involved at all stages of the project.
• Priorities projects and allocate them among the development and designing team on a daily basis.
• Lead the team toward delivering our customer s solution in time and within budget
• Continuous client interface and build healthy business relationships ensuring client loyalty for the company.
• Support to a team in critical technical issues and Skill enhancement.
