Senior Full Stack Developer Job in Techtic Solutions, Inc.

Job Description:

Technical skills (What is required?)

• Deep understanding of SDLC and advance hands-on experience with software architecture and design
• At least 4 years of experience in Designing Software Architecture for both frontend (React) and backend (Node)
• Strong understanding of Express.js
• Stronghold on MongoDB and experience on SQL databases is a plus (preferably Mysql & Postgresql.
• Experience with GraphQL, Charts, Map, Payment Gateway
• Good understanding of networking protocols and concepts like REST, HTTP/HTTPS
• Understanding of core AWS services and AWS architecture best practices
• Knowledge in CI/CD tools ( preferably Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Experience in the Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Stronghold on Data Structures and Algorithms is a Plus.

• Sound understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to participate in local and remote Sprints
• A good grasp of user experience is a plus
• Should have experience working under Agile Methodology
• Must have knowledge of Project management tools like Jira, Asana or Clickup
• Should have experience in using Git & VSCode.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural, hybrid-team environment
• Great communication and collaboration skills and a strong teamwork ethic
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Able to architect large software from scratch
• Build and maintain web / cloud-based application
• Bug fixing and monitoring analytics and performance
• Maintain high standards of quality for code, documentation and other deliverables
• Should involve in the scope discussion with the business analyst and business users to identify the technical requirements
• Able to proactively communicate with non-technical stakeholders, manage expectations, and explain the value of addressing technical debt
