Job Description:

Technical skills (What is required?)

• Experience of Shopify custom theme development
• Strong knowledge to Install & Customize new Shopify theme
• Knowledge of liquid programming language
• Clear concept of HTML5, CSS3, javascript/Jquery
• Experience of working on e-commerce projects with different Shopify JS APIs (storefront, AJAX Cart, Sections, etc) is a plus
• Knowledge in other ecommerce platforms like Magento, woocommerce will be a plus
• Exposure to a minimum of 3 e-commerce projects (starting with requirement gathering). Is a plus

• Should have experience working under Agile Methodology
• Must have knowledge of Project management tools like Jira, Asana or Clickup
• Should have experience in using Git & VSCode.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural, hybrid-team environment
• Must have strong interactive communication skills
• Ability to learn and grow independently
• Great attention to detail

• Develop and implement Shopify sites in accordance with clients requirements and specifications
• Generate custom tailored Shopify theme and altering pre existing template
• Act as Shopify expert, s /;lpecializing in all facets of the ecommerce platform
• Convert design mockups (Figma, Zeplin, XD or Sketch) into functioning Shopify sites using HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, Liquid
• Develop responsive HTML emails (Klaviyo)
• Should identify & troubleshoot bugs regularly to improve performance
• Should maintain excellent self-management skills to meet project deadlines
• Consistently work on Improving coding standards
• Actively participate in training sessions
