Job Summary
- Design development and generating construction-oriented BIM models from the initial design set
- Extending the 3D models to 4D and ID BIM through integration of Time and Cost parameters within the BIM model
- Constructability analysis through predictionof clashes, RFIs, and potential safety hazards through BIM models
- Generation and management of BIM modelsat different stages of Design, Execution, and Asset Management
- Generating Design, GFC, and Shop Drawingsthrough BIM-enabled software, extracting quantitie5 and related project management information
- Working on a range of software for design development, drawing generation, quantification, and project management for various international projects
- Conversion of laser scan point cloud into information-rich BIM models and generation of drawings and as-built data for renovating purposes
- Working directly on large-scale international projects including airports, smart cities, SEZs, metros, hotels, and commercial projects
