Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing the end-to-end delivery of system solutions, establishing and controlling project constraints and scope.

Managing relationships and communication with all project stakeholders
Agreeing with an approach to delivery within the delivery project team.

Leading daily scrum meetings and maintaining the Jira board.

Ensure that the scrum team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules.

Handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the project.

Should be comfortable working in an agile environment.

Maintain status reports of the project and also keep a record of the previous reports.

Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with a meaningful contribution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in the Agile IT project management field.

Very effective communication and interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of trust and confidence.

Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
