Experience and Skills: Overall Experience 10+ years 8 years as a Data Enterprise Architect. 2 years as a Cloud Technical Architecture. 5 years in Consultative selling and sales enablement. Skilled in leading cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, Azure and few cloud-first data products or solutions. Strong Understanding of technical challenges or opportunities to Data Architecture from Cloud like Network, Data Trust, Cluster Management, Data Pipeline Management. 8 years in data warehousing and big data architecture solutions. Minimum 8 years leading a team including architects, engineers, quality assurance, and operations professionals Demonstrated understanding of enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics, content management and data management. 5 years or more with two or more vendors in any of the following areas including SQL Server, Oracle 11g, MySQL, SQL Data Warehouse Appliance, Oracle Exadata, Netezza, Greenplum, Vertica, Teradata, Aster Data, SAP HANA, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Spotfire, Tableau, Qlikview, R, Oracle Endeca, Oracle OBIEE, SAP Business Objects, SAS and other Analytics Vendors with BI components Education/Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and experience Job Summary: Soft skills Strong communication, presentation, project management and time management skills. This framework describes the processes used to plan, specify, enable, create, acquire, maintain, use, archive, retrieve, control, and purge data. Support strategic initiatives to ensure that the organization is adherence to data standards and data management best practices. Lead the design of architectural roadmaps, database, data access and data technology architectures. Provide expertise on the overall data eco-system s engineering best practices, standards, architectural approach, and complex technical resolutions. Build and maintain a company's database by identifying structural and installation solutions. Work with database administrators and analysts to secure easy access to company data. Create database solutions, evaluate requirements, and prepare design reports. Be a data steward across the entire enterprise. Ensure that the business strategy uses proper technology systems architecture to achieve its goals. Act as data advisory data advisory and implement projects on premise and on Cloud. Collaborate with industry specialists across organizations, and technology groups to help customers get the most out of Data journey. Develop and/or optimize the organization s conceptual and logical data system. Examine new data system requirements, deploy, and configure data ingestion, storage, integration, and analytical components and implement data and model migration. Coordinate with clients, data users and key stakeholders and develop, implement various long-term data architecture objectives. Document as-is and define design principles, standards, guidelines, and roadmap toward target data architecture. Facilitate the establishment and execution of the roadmap and vision for information delivery and management, including the enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics, content management and data management. Lead data architects and data engineers to architect and deliver the solutions that fulfill the Business information needs and align with the information vision and strategy. Technical skills Deep knowledge of Data on Cloud eco-system such as products, vendors, market demands, technical SWOT. Apply business strategy while driving technology strategy, balancing short term and long term needs to ensure that the architecture can scale and evolve accordingly. Engage an end-to-end approach by connecting all the pieces of data to deliver the data while leveraging all available assets. Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures to ensure schedule attainment, product development process adherence, and performance and budget targets are met.
