Job Summary
Contribute to Business Proposals / Presentations. Responsible for Design concepts & their approvals in alignment with client requirements, ensuring cost optimization / savings for client / organization. Adherence to Standardization of layout concepts, Designs & Usage of material across locations. Review & monitor the Design and QS activities on a periodic / quarterly basis, based on targets and actual achievement based on inputs from CSM team. Preparation of Project-wise Schedule for Design & QS Deliverables (Quantity Estimation, Markings/GFC / As built-Dwgs, BOQ). Preparation, upgradation and maintenance of Master BOQs. Preparation & adherence to customer contact plan. Preparation & adherence to resource plan. Effective coordination both Internal & External Customers to ensure alignment of the design deliverables at Pre-project, Execution & Post-project stages. Archiving drawings & designs concepts of Contract / Design Build projects.
