Job Summary Support the Business Divisions in acquisition. Development, Review & Approval of work schedules (Mech. & Electrical Work Schedule, Materials Schedule, and Outsourcing Schedule). Periodic tracking & monitoring of the schedules to include site changes and prevent slippages. Ensuring timely recovery planning for corrective action and reporting to Business Head. Development of a Billing & Collections schedules for all active projects in consultation with Location Business Head. & Finance. Ensuring timeliness of billing & collections in alignment with the schedules. Development & adherence to Inspection Schedule (materials and workmanship) for in-process as well as stage inspections. Review of non-compliances and initiation of corrective / preventive action. Development of safety plans. Review of non-compliances and initiation of corrective / preventive action. Preparation & adherence to customer contact plan. Preparation & adherence to resource plan. Documentation and reporting of site issues leading to cost/time/quality/safety implications on projects. Review, monitoring and regular reporting of project progress to Location Business Head. Manpower allocation and optimization across sites. Development and institutionalizing of customer complaint management system across sites. Establishing effective internal/external coordination, and supporting Crisis management and Conflict Resolution Development and adherence to customer contact plan across sites. Tracking Customer Satisfaction Scores and complaint records across locations for identifying areas for corrective / preventive action, knowledge sharing and establishment of best practices.
Qualification :
Degree in Electrical
Experience Required :

10 to 15 Years
