Job Summary We are looking for an Insurance Relationship Manager for Direct Channel Loyalty Department in Indias Leading Life Insurance Company across Tamil Nadu.


Roles and Responsibilities
  • To identify and acquire the right clients and to offer goods for wealth management such as life insurance, investments, savings, retirement, and pensions.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships to make the most of the benefits of those interactions for the company.
  • Retention of customers
  • To guarantee achieving the income goal. Attracting new and potential clients
  • Recognizing the financial requirements of the potential customer
  • Provide consumers with top priority service in accordance with corporate procedures.
  • Regularity Visit and follow up regarding the services and new products with potential customers.
Mandatory Candidates Requirement:
  • Bachelors degree in any stream
  • Qualification: Mini. 2 to 5 Years of experience in Sales of BFSI/Broking/Insurance or Investment Industry
  • Age should be between 24 Years to 38 Years
Key Skills Required:
  • Good communications and presentations skills
  • Strong network in local market
  • Ability to take challenges of the given task
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Sales skill with 2+ years experience

Required - Banking/Insurance skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

2 to 5 Years
