Job Summary
  • Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our recruitment business in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients across the medical device, Pharma, Engineering, biotech, and IT industries.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify, target, and win new clients for the company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client managers and decision-makers in medical device, Pharma, Engineering, biotech, and IT industries
  • Approaching new MSP and contingent client workforce manager's contacts to generate new business and increase revenue
  • Able to make agreements and generate new business
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, client requirements, and market changes to ensure the company remains competitive in the market
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, RFP proposals, and reports to clients, highlighting the company's services and capabilities
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's visibility and reputation in the industry
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful placements for clients
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of business development experience in the US staffing and recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
  • Strong contacts and relationships with client managers and decision-makers in the medical device, Pharma, Engineering, biotech, and IT industries
  • Experience working with MSPs and contingent client workforce managers to generate new business
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools such as ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to travel as required
