Man Management.
Ensure planned Sales & Distributions achieved through the team.
Ensure proper market policies and adherence to schemes implementation.
Develop and plan activities for sales promotion in co-ordination with Marketing team.
Budget Control.
Alignments with corporate office for smooth functioning of sales plans.
Increase efficiency of team members by jointly working with them.
Training and development of the team.
Coordinate with Brand Managers for Marketing Initiatives & Sales Development for respective Product.
