Technical Skills :

• 5+ years of experience in Fullstack web development
• Strong in Node Js, MySql, Mongo, Angular, PHP, Redis/Memcache, JavaScript, jquery, REST APIs.
• Very strong in Object Oriented Javascript, ES6, Typescript, HTML 5, CSS3, SASS/ LESS.
• Working knowledge on Nodejs/ExpressJS (Exposing services using Node).
• Preference will be given to MEAN Stack developers.
• Good knowledge on coding standards, design patterns, unit testing frameworks, TDD, CI/CD practices.
• Good logical thinking and quick at learning and exploring new frameworks.
• Strong background culture of delivering projects without severe back-and-forth and Zero defects in Production.
• Very good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are must.

Good to have :

• Experience in working with growth, outcome, or KPI-driven teams.
• Familiarity with growth-related platforms, tools, and methodologies like A/B testing, Google Analytics, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, etc.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD pipelines.
• Dedication to testing code that you or your team implemented.
• Docker/K8s, Terraform, Redis, Kibana, InfluxDB, inhouse tracking solution
