Job Summary Risk and Control Analyst: An exciting opportunity to be a part of a large team which manages 3 different streams in their BU Data Backup & Recovery control, Patch Management control and Removable Media Management controls, physical tapes etc. Top Skills: 4+ years of experience as a Risk or Control Analyst, demonstrating a strong understanding of control framework and risk assessment methodologies and best practices. Must be well acquainted with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Confluence and JIRA. Require Python scripting experience for automation of manual tasks. Good presentation, written and communication skills. Responsibilities and Duties: Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather risk related data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information. Document risk assessment findings, methodologies, and mitigation strategies in a clear and organized manner. Track and manage control related tasks, issues, and actions, ensuring follow-up and timely resolution. Develop impactful presentations and reports to convey complex risk-related information to diverse stakeholders, including senior management. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies, making recommendations for improvements as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure risk and control management best practices are integrated into business processes as needed.
