Job Summary

Job: Program Manager Location: Remote opportunity As a member of the Information and Data Services, Planning & Delivery group, this Program Manager will be responsible for driving and collaborating with cross functional teams on the successful execution & completion of Digital Media Analytics programs. This Program Manager will be expected to bring success to every initiative and program her or his team tackles. By coordinating broader business strategy, initiating, planning, executing and monitoring they are vital in the support of their team as they achieve their overarching objectives. Services JD/Description of Role 1. Manages delivery of the program scope, objectives, and success metrics 2. Oversees timeline, quality, and operations 3. Understands overall scope and deliverables map against release timeline 4. Works with the Solution and Enterprise architects to ensure the program team adheres to overall solution design across tracks 5. Responsible for ensuring coordination of work efforts at program level, understands and manages critical path key dependencies 6. Works with Track Leads and Program Managers to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program to move delivery forward 7. Drives resolution of risks, issues and decisions, and escalates to governance forums as necessary 8. Oversees resource requirements identification to execute program plans 9. Establishes approach, tools, and templates to support program execution 10. Provides status, guidance and impediment review to sponsors, stakeholders & Executive Team and manages Executive expectations related to the program 11. Supports Release planning, Annual Operational Planning, Investment Prioritization 12. Facilitates SteerCo, OpCo, PMO, Cross Functional Team, Program Scrum of Scrums meetings to communicate and address risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and milestones delivery for the program Deliverables 1. Ideate Phase: Project Investment Briefs 2. Initiate Phase: Strategy and Approach Decks, Business Value Case, Cost Tracker, Risk Profile and Assessment, Resource Sourcing Strategy, Program Collaboration Tools Strategy, Concept Acceptance Decks 3. Planning Phase: Program Charter, Jira Initiatives, Epics, and Stories, Project Plan (detailed and high-level), Cost and Benefits Tracker, Resource Plan, Hiring Status Dashboard, Resource Allocation Master and Status Dashboard, Project Plan Commit Deck 4. Execution Phase: Status Reports, Success Metrics Log Entries, RAID log Entries, Change log Entries, Escalation Procedure, Team Building Exercises, Team Recognition, Transition to Support Deck 5. Close Phase: Warranty Period Agreement, Executive Summary of Validated Benefits Realization, and Summary of Retrospective Lessons Learned Primary (Must have skills)* 1. Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall 2. At least 7 Years of as a Project/program Manager and 2-3 Years of ScM Master experience 3. Created project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management. 4. Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5. Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments. 6. Skilled in SharePoint and JIRA 7. Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and other tools Secondary Skills (Good To have)* 1. PMP Certification with 1-2 years of working experience as Business Analyst or Developer 2.
