Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build APIs for web and mobile consumption Design and implement APIs for microservices using Java or Scala, REST, gRPC, Kafka, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. running on a Kubernetes environment. Develop integrations to enhance the user experience Model database schema in MySQL Build easy-to-use, well-tested, scalable microservices Enhance our development and delivery process through new tools Work with QA to enhance product quality through automation
