Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of the project. This position is focused on managing on-ground tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining the MIS dashboard and providing necessary documentation for the project. A strong emphasis is placed on coordination, risk management, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination with Execution Team:
- Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct project meetings and document the discussions, ensuring all actions are tracked and completed.
Candidate Mobilization & Management:
- Assist in mobilizing candidates for the project, including counselling, attendance tracking, assessments, and placements.
- Monitor the progress of candidates throughout the training and placement process.
MIS Dashboard Maintenance:
- Regularly update and maintain the MIS Dashboard for the project, ensuring all project data is accurately tracked.
- Utilize project management tools to monitor the status and progress of ongoing tasks.
Data Management:
- Perform data entry and upload required information to relevant portals.
- Maintain an organized database of project-related information for easy retrieval.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare presentations and reports for project tracking, highlighting key milestones, issues, and achievements.
- Generate regular project status reports to update stakeholders on the project s progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, such as project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks that could impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor the risks proactively to minimize their impact on the project.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Ensure clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and clients, ensuring that client needs and expectations are clearly understood and met.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
Experience & Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely project execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
