Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee the operations of our skill development projects. This role involves implementing training programs, managing trainers, fostering partnerships with various organizations, and maintaining strong academic relations with college administrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the skill development ecosystem and a passion for delivering quality training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including placement coordinators, college administration, and training partners to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.

Program Coordination:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs, ensuring alignment with the requirements of the Qualification Packs (QPs) and the standards set by relevant industry bodies.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders, including students, trainers, placement partners, and college administration to ensure the smooth operation of the project.

Student Enrolment:

  • Manage the entire student enrolment process, including reviewing applications, making admission decisions, and ensuring proper documentation.

Student Counselling and Guidance:

  • Provide academic and career counselling to students, addressing their queries and offering necessary support to help them succeed in their training programs and future careers.

Student Attendance Monitoring:

  • Keep track of student attendance, taking corrective actions where necessary to maintain high attendance rates and ensure student engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in a relevant field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in skill development/project management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing training programs.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other tools necessary for project management and coordination.

CSR Knowledge (Preferred):

  • Understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices and their application in skill development programs is preferred.

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed smoothly and efficiently.
