Job Summary
  • Project Planning and Delivery Management.
  • Overall responsibility of planning, execution and delivery of developments/enhancements as per the committed release & Timeline.
  • Work with Product Directors/Product Managers/Development Teams to plan the delivery .
  • Co-ordinate through the various teams and stakeholders for all delivery activities and act as the escalation point for all development issues specific to enhancements.
  • Ensure Scope changes, Risks are captured and impacts identified and mitigated.
  • Update internal systems/tools on delivery management in a timely manner, thus ensure timely status reporting.
  • Participate, as required, in meetings with Senior Management.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to Quality and Release Processes.
You will take complete ownership of project deliverables, Plan, andschedule project timelines to achieve milestones using appropriate tools withquality assurance. You will coach, mentor, and motivate the project team. Youwill be a single technical point of contact for the customer and project teamand Constantly monitor and report on progress, risks & issues of theproject to all stakeholders. You will work with technology and business groupsto define project specifications.
  • 8 - 12 years of IT working experience.
  • 2+ years working as Project Manager/Delivery Manager.
  • Engineering or Technical Degrees (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA).
  • MBA from reputed university.
  • PMP and Six Sigma Certifications would be an added advantage.
  • Enthusiastic, Engertic & Passionate Managers who can make a difference.
  • Handling team of 15-20 members.
  • 2-3 years of experience in handling mobility projects.
  • Experience in executing project on Kony platform.
  • Technically hands-on on Java, Java Scripts, Web Services, Application Server Configuration, Deployment Architecture.
  • SQL knowledge and experience with one of the leading Databases like Oracle, SQL Server.
  • Handling teams in different geography locations.
  • Experienced in customer interactions especially clients from US/EMEA.
  • Experienced in Project Effort Estimation and executing project within effort and schedule.
  • Currently working as hands on Project Manager, Delivery Manager executing multiple projects.
  • Experienced hands on in Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlet, J2EE design patterns.
  • Readiness to travel whenever required.
  • Strong Communication Skills (Both written & verbal).
