Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Team Leader IT Infrastructure to manage and support Temenos corporate applications and endpoint software across onsite and remote locations. This role includes troubleshooting, system administration, and endpoint management, focusing on Microsoft Windows devices using tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central and Intune.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure ManageEngine Endpoint Central for enterprise endpoint management.
• Deploy and maintain agents on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Configure device management policies, software deployment, patching, and updates to ensure security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot software deployment and device management issues efficiently.
• Provide technical support to end-users on OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on system performance, compliance, and updates.
• Document IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and resolutions.
• Adhere to IT and security policies for system administration and maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central management.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows environment, including AutoPilot and Intune.
• Proficient with Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and basic networking fundamentals.
• Experience implementing, migrating, and supporting Windows technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and work schedules.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Citrix and VDI platforms is a plus.
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or other) are an advantage.
