Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (Developer) with expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and MySQL to lead the development of robust enterprise banking platforms. This role focuses on building scalable solutions for corporate payments, trade finance, treasury management, and enterprise client services, ensuring high performance, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and development of scalable enterprise banking applications.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to translate corporate banking requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Develop modules supporting enterprise payments, trade finance, corporate lending, and treasury management.
• Design and implement secure RESTful APIs integrating with corporate ERP and accounting systems.
• Mentor and guide development teams, enforcing coding standards and security best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, system design evaluations, and manage deployment pipelines.
• Partner with DevOps and QA teams to optimize CI/CD workflows.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.
• Deep understanding of enterprise banking processes including payment systems (RTGS, NEFT, SWIFT) and corporate lending.
• Proven experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on knowledge of security protocols, audit logging, and system integrations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
