Sales and Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and prospects within the IT software industry.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for our clients.
• Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation, to promote IT software products effectively.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate marketing solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our clients' IT software products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to IT software.
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the IT software industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.

Required - Bachelor's or higher education
