Qa Automation Engineer Job in Terrific Minds

We are hiring QA Automation Engineer to join our growing Tech Team!

We re looking for an Automation Engineer to automate APIs and user interface in an existing Java/TestNG/Selenium framework, using test automation best practices. You ll bring a sense of ownership, a commitment to quality and intense enthusiasm and curiosity and critical thinking as a QA Automation Engineer.

What we need:

• 3+ years of QA Automation Experience primarily using Java and including Selenium, Page Objects, TestNG and JUnit
• Experience writing API Webservices Automation, Open API Automation Tools
• Work with our team of engineers to maintain automated test cases and translate existing manual test cases into automated test suites.
• Work with the product team and engineers to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria and translate them into test scenarios
• Familiarity with Build and Deployment Processes using CI/CD (Docker, Jenkins), Analyze Test Runs and Results and resolve any test failures
• Use Jira to manage the Automation Stories to manage Test Cases, Update or Extend our Test Case Documentation to include automated tests
• Manage automation code in a Bitbucket repository in a team environment following our existing development practices
• Participate in agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives
