Role / Responsibilities :
- Develop software tools for VLSIT Silicon Test Program Generation, Validation, Characterization and Release methodology for ATE Tools platforms.
- Develop Tool suite and framework to enable new methodologies for Test, DFT, new Automotive requirements towards development of new generation of Qualcomm devices.
- Collaborate with various global cross-functional teams (DFT, Test Engineering and Diagnostics teams) to understand requirements, develop, deploy solutions to meet project goals.
Preferred Qualification :
- BE / B.Tech, ME / MTech in Computer science with strong inclination for Tool Development in VLSI Test Domain.
- Strong Algorithm, Coding skills (Python/Perl) and good aptitude for Software development.
- Demonstrated Software tool development expertise, preferable exposure to VLSI Domain/EDA development.
