Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for classification, prediction, recommendation, NLP, or computer vision tasks.
- Build scalable and production-ready AI pipelines and integrate them seamlessly with applications or services.
- Collaborate effectively with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to define impactful AI use cases and deliver practical solutions.
- Fine-tune and optimize models for maximum performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends, cutting-edge tools, and the latest research, applying them to improve existing systems.
- Evaluate and preprocess large datasets effectively for model training and inference.
- Monitor and maintain AI models post-deployment to ensure ongoing performance and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or general AI development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and key ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Solid understanding of fundamental AI/ML algorithms, core data structures, and essential mathematical concepts (e.g., linear algebra, probability).
- Practical experience with model deployment and relevant APIs (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, TensorFlow Serving).
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and essential MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience with generative AI (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models) or effective prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Exposure to various natural language processing (NLP) tasks such as sentiment analysis, text summarization, or chatbot development.
- Practical experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or relevant research publications are considered a significant plus.
