Responsibilities:-

• Coach and mentor a group of students preparing forSSC CGL
• Analyze the strong and weak areas of each student and schedule mentoring sessions with them to guide them further to success.
• Create the right study plan and devise a preparation strategy for students. Help them overcome their obstacles.
• Conduct group activities, sessions, and build healthy competition among the students in the group.
• Being available for the students at every step of their preparation, which includes addressing their academic and non-academic queries through chats & calls.
• Responsible for maximum selections from the group of the students.

Desired Skills-

• Cleared the Prelims or mains round of any major government recruitment exams like SSC CGL
• Should be personable, energetic and loves guiding the students
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the challenges students face during exam preparation
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Hustle and get things done attitude
• A passion to impact exam aspirants and thus shape-up Education in India
