About the role

As a Backend Python Engineer at TestingXperts, you will be in charge of designing and implementing software solutions using both Azure services and cloud-agnostic services. With our team of great software engineers and data engineers, you will be working on challenging deep tech projects closely together with customers from various industries. Leveraging your expertise, you will be co-responsible for meeting project and product goals and act accordingly to upcoming bottlenecks. We empower you to be a major contributor to the success of projects, customer satisfaction, and delivering quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, design reviews, SCRUM meetings and troubleshoot to ensure uptime for live systems, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 2y+ in Python/Django

Good communication skills and excellent teamwork experience

You should be a technology generalist with proficiency in Django, Websockets, REST API, SQL/MongoDB & GraphQL

Proven record of building solutions from scratch using cloud infrastructure

Experience in database + backend architecture

Experience with Git, as well as DevOps and CI/CD (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Passionate about continuous learning, demonstrated agility in quickly adopting and mastering new technologies
