Job Description

Looking for a highly motivated and individual contributor to manage the creation of internal and external content, including (but not limited to): User manual, online help, knowledge base, FAQs, and customer support site.

Job Responsibilities

• Create/update online help, quick start guide, and other customer facing docs for different Adeptia products
• Plan, develop, and write information for technical and non-technical audience
• Gather information from SMEs and write FAQs, and technical tips on common problems reported by customers
• Work with technical support teams and provide accurate, timely and consistent information
• Work independently, suggest options, and ability to take decisions

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Technical Writing or Instructional Design
• Proficiency Confluence wiki, snag IT, Captivate/Camtasia
• Knowledge of RDBMS, XML, and HTML concepts is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Excellent writing, editing, documentation, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with software developers, testers, middle and top management
• Initiative taker to understand the cloud platform, infrastructure, enterprise product technologies and analyze documentation requirements
• Awareness of Knowledge Base concepts
• Expertise in creating customize docs as per the target audience
