Job Description act as a single point of contact on HR data change requests in Data Management team framework supports data implementation and validation in HR system landscape by ensuring consistent data maintainance process drive the establishment of HR Data interface monitoring routines Identifying opportunities to automate routine, repetitive, rule based HR data management activities monitoring and resolving inquiries related to reporting, analytics and systems used in the Human Resources enviroment effective identification, classification and resolution of data quality problems and incidents ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data through conducting system audits performing statistical tests on large datasets to determine data quality and integrity as well as system performance and design ensuring accurate monthly reports on data quality for business purposes collaborating with the various teams to improve data collection and storage processes
