Job Summary Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager Yarn, Fiber & Fabrics Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Ahmedabad Open Positions: 2 Experience: Minimum 5 years in Domestic Yarn Sales & Marketing Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Textile / MBA in Marketing (Experience in the domestic textile market will be preferred) Role Overview: The Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for generating leads, converting them into business opportunities, and achieving targeted sales and profitability goals by selling yarn, fiber, and fabrics. This role also involves leading the company s efforts to develop new products and markets by meeting customers, promoting products, collecting market insights, and formulating competitive strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and develop leads, convert them into business, and achieve targeted sales, margins, and timely collections. 2. Customer & Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic customers and suppliers in the assigned territory to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. 3. Market Networking: Develop a strong network with key stakeholders in customer and supplier organizations, trade bodies, vendors, and other industry players. 4. Timely Payment Collection: Ensure 100% on-time payment collection and report any deviations promptly to the company. 5. Market Trend Monitoring & Product Development: Monitor market trends, identify opportunities for new product development, and source new products to stay ahead of the competition. 6. Customer Base Expansion: Acquire new customers while providing exceptional service to existing clients to expand the customer base and successfully close business deals.
Qualification :
B.Tech / M.Tech in Textile / MBA in Marketing (Experience in the domestic textile market will be preferred)
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
