Job Description:

The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Developing back-end website CMS.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of website.
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Integrating third party APIs with website and database.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as PHP, WordPress, Dotnet, Magento, etc.

• Degree in Computer Science/ BSC IT or equivalent
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Understanding of fully synchronous behaviour of PHP
• Experience in Core PHP & WordPress is Mandatory
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as Ajax, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3
• Understanding of database keys is must
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook etc)
• Understanding of open-source projects like WordPress
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the old websites and applications to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Excellent writing & verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
