Job Summary Position Summary: As an Engineer Development, you will contribute to the development of advanced software solutions, ensuring technical quality, market competitiveness, and alignment with customer needs. This role requires hands-on expertise in modern front-end and back-end technologies, a strong grasp of software engineering principles, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Define and achieve engineering goals in alignment with project objectives. Participate in the analysis, design, and development of software modules. Contribute to requirements analysis and create innovative technical approaches. Perform development tasks, ensuring high-quality code and handling security vulnerabilities. Analyze and understand customer requirements to design competitive solutions. Conduct trade-off analyses for overall software design and ensure efficiency. Develop, test, and maintain client-server web applications using modern frameworks. Support short-term planning for engineering projects and programs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong Front-End Skills: Experience with Angular 10/11/12, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Robust Back-End Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Node.js and the Microsoft technology stack (.NET Core, MVC, C#). Expertise in API development and maintenance. Security and SSO: 2+ years of experience with SSO and federation using SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OIDC. Database Proficiency: Familiarity with relational databases and middleware/infrastructure components. Software Engineering: In-depth knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and code refactoring. Proficiency in static and dynamic memory analysis tools. Soft Skills: Communication: Excellent cross-cultural communication and professional collaboration skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities and an innovative mindset. Autonomy: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Education & Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronics & Communication. 4 8 years of experience in software design and development. Nice to Have: Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture. Familiarity with AWS cloud services. Knowledge of Active Directory or similar directory services.
