Job Summary

You work to initiate contact with individuals, decision makers and influencers for building relationships, conducting events at corporates, identifying new sale opportunities through cold calls and generate qualified leads in order to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly fundraising targets.
Generating, developing and converting the leads to donations through various Direct Marketing Activities such as Marketing Promotional Activities, Acquisition of HNIs & Ultra HNIs, Feet on street activities & Open Market Sales
You have a strong eye for research, ability to scout for new prospects and establish donor relationships. Log in lead generation / management activity and contacts in sales system or CRM regularly
You should be able to generate ideas for sales promotions & events that are in line with the organizations objectives

Qualification and Competencies
Any Graduate/Post-Graduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience
Experience in fund raising and donor relationship a plus
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of local language is a must
Ability to work within deadlines and meet fundraising targets
Must have a passion to work in the development sector with a flair for extensive networking
