Job Summary
Skills and Competencies required:
- Very good written English communication.
- Paraphrasing Formation of Lease Agreements Clauses, Dates and Dollars.
- Attention to detail. Ability to understand the legal language in the lease agreement.
- Knowledge in Co-Star, Pro Lease, Visual Lease, Sequentra , Yardi,MRI, JDE database is required.
- Should be good in People management, client management, Excel and Management Information System.
- Experience in the Real Estate and Equipment Terminology. Ability to mentor and train, at any level.
