Job Description:

• To identify, secure and undertake retail leasing with particular focus on retailer chain store sectors
• Aggressive survey & Lead generation.
• Working with the client on lease acquisitions, renewals & extensions
• To provide high value services to clients, identify and develop business plans and maximize any cross selling opportunities
• Documentation - Prepared standard Proposal, MOU and Lease Deed by coordinating with legal team.
