Job Description:
- To identify, secure and undertake retail leasing with particular focus on retailer chain store sectors
- Aggressive survey & Lead generation.
- Working with the client on lease acquisitions, renewals & extensions
- To provide high value services to clients, identify and develop business plans and maximize any cross selling opportunities
- Documentation - Prepared standard Proposal, MOU and Lease Deed by coordinating with legal team.
