Job Summary

- Coordinates schedule and staffing for assigned shifts. Supervises restaurant staff during assigned shifts. Assists in the control of customer bills. Approves requisitions for required supplies in Manager's absence. Promotes good public relations through the proper handling of customer complaints. Ensures that product served is in accordance with The Byke Hospitality standards by inspecting food presentation and ensuring that staff utilize proper serving techniques. Assists in the establishing of menus and special promotions. Performs various restaurant functions as required.
