Job Summary
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns for all clients, across industries.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Work on content marketing and content syndication for all clients.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Collate and present regular weekly & monthly reports for all clients.
  • Manage content machinery for clients content needs by liaising with freelance content writers.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Graduate in any specialization.
  • Proven success in implementing SEO strategies for both B2B & B2C businesses.
  • Expertise in A/B and other testing methods for optimizing performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of tools required for SEO activities.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with excellent time-management & communication skills.
