• Job Title: Sr. Executive Inventory & Logistics

• CTC: INR 4.2 Lacs to 5Lacs
• Min Experience 3 Years in handling inventory.
• Qualification Graduate

• Experience from garment industry will be preferred
• Should possess knowledge of handling Inventory software, product barcoding and logistics interface.
• Computer proficiency such as MS Excel, MS Word etc.
• Skills such as Inventory control, Record keeping, Supervision, managing processes, Logistic and shipment management techniques, analytical abilities.

Job Description:

The Position Sr. Executive- Inventory & Logistics will be responsible for managing overall inventory operations related to storage, control, replenishment based on orders, returns & exchanges along with logistics management and coordination towards delivery of the product from the production unit to the Consumer. It involves an indulgence of a trustworthy professional with good record keeping and analytical abilities, who should be capable of interpreting and analyzing considerable amounts of Data and Figures related to Inventory & Logistics function of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Managing & Coordination of Stock dispatches To-and-Fro Production Factory & Logistics
• Scheduling, tracking and reconciliation of Daily Inward and Outward of all shipments across
• Managing overall inventory of the business (including storage, shipping, invoicing )
• Tracking of Inventory
• Analysis and coordination of inventory with Logistics partner including timely order management, shipment, delivery, returns & cancellations
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution
• Analysis of Data to maintain Stock Level and replenishment of stocks as per
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and
• Responsible for conduct of Physical Inventory audits and reconciliation with Inventory Software

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 3 year s experience in handling Garment Industry experience would be preferred.
• Should possess knowledge of handling Inventory software s, product barcoding, and logistics
