Job Summary
  • You will be responsible to connect with US-based companies and generate conversations for specific IT Staffing-related services of our client
  • You will develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts along with the sales and delivery team; solicit new accounts; build rapport; provide company overview and high-level technical information on the IT staffing-related services
  • You will plan and run campaigns to generate qualified leads for sales leaders based in the US
  • You will maintain communication with the stakeholders in the organization regarding progress on the new leads and status of existing leads
  • You will provide timely updates of new leads and conversations on the CRM / internal systems
  • THP manages end-to-end marketing for the client. You are required to work closely with the rest of the marketing functions to ensure conformance to your message, and increase efficiency in your outreach
  • You will accomplish departmental and organizational goals by demonstrating ownership and accountability for campaign requirements coming from the Sales and Marketing teams

Requirements:


  • Strong command over English (spoken and written)
  • Exposure and experience in handling global counterparts (mainly the US), will be an advantage
