Job Summary


Job Responsibilities

q Time Office operations and generating various reports

q Payroll Administration

q HRIS Administration

q Conducting quarterly Employee Satisfaction Surveys and E.S.S.

q Preparing an Action Plan for E.S.T.S. and E.S.S. and monitor compliance

q H.R. Monthly Reports as per Corporate Standards.

q Preparing Annual and Monthly Training Calendar in co-ordination with HOD s

q Monitoring S.T.A.R.S at the unit.

q Conducting Town hall meeting.

q Administrating all Statutory Compliance on regular basis.

q Performance Management System for Staff and Executives

q Liaison with Staff Welfare Union and Management

q Managing Employee Relations, redressing staff personal problems

q Liaison with all Government Agencies.

q Administration of all Contract Labour.

q Conducting various welfare activities

q Promotion of Community Development Activities.

q Rationalize manpower utilization and carryout appropriate right sizing activities.

q Supervision of Staff Cafeteria.
