Description Financial Reporting Monthly finalization of books of account considering Ind ASrequirements.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly Ind AS financials of group companies (standalone & consolidated).
Sound knowledge and conceptual clarity on all Ind AS.
Reviewing the duties of accounting team and implement best accountingsystems and processes
Ensuring of compliances of SOPs (Standard operating processes) andRACM (Risk assessment control matrix) and testing the same at regular
frequency.
Comparison of financial data with budget on monthly basis andidentifying the reasons for the variances and taking necessary actions
Independently dealing with statutory and internal auditors for closing theaudits within given timeline. Taxation Ensuring all the direct and indirect tax compliances at various frequencywithin the statutory timelines.
Dealing with Indirect and Direct tax consultants for various ongoingmatters Other Matters Any other data requirement by management/investor are to be compiledand provided within the timeline. Minimum EducationQualification -CharteredAccountant
