Preparation of information memorandum as well as credit appraisal notes asper understanding the client requirements for Debt Syndication, Private Equity and Merger & Acquisition Prepare Financial & Valuation Models and perform financial analysis of companies. Monitor chosen industry for current events, valuations, financials and market intelligence. Analyze market trends, qualify investment opportunities and build strong investment cases Gather data from various public sources, government websites and economic databases. Analysis of large datasets to identify patterns, trends & themes. Build and maintain detailed company financial models, analyze industry data and develop sector databases Review annual reports, financial filings, trade publications, and other sources in order to gather, synthesize and interpret data Write short notes/commentary for internal presentations. Qualifiction CA/MBA (Finance major preferred) Past Experience as credit analyst will be preferred Self -ownership and commited to make a difference Entrepreneurially minded, detail-oriented and a strong team player with the ability to work on parallel projects.
