Job Summary
Qualifications:
Expertise on Canva/Adobe, Hootsuite, Brochure designs
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
Creativity and an eye for design to craft visually appealing posts.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate ideas for social media posts with the help of the team
Maintain our social media presence across all social media accounts including but not limited
to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Plan and implement social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively
Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and shareable content tailored to each social
media platform.
Creation of graphics + promotional materials for events using appropriate softwares like
Canva, Adobe Suite etc
Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competition to identify opportunities
for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and
marketers, to ensure a consistent brand voice and message.
Promotion of a4X platform, Special Initiatives of GVFL and related activities
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience Skills & Experience
A minimum of 1 year s digital marketing experience ideally covering performance marketing
specifically affiliate marketing and social campaigns
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
Graphic design skills with a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills as well as strong
attention to detail are mandatory requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with building and executing integrated campaigns
Good team player with a sense of ownership and responsibility and an understanding of
their impact on achieving success
Experience with working in Startup ecosystem will be an added advantage
