Job Summary

Work closely with the Founder to facilitate and execute strategic initiatives, propelling company growth and development.
Identify and explore new opportunities within the verticals outlined by the founder.
Work closely with the founder to analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop strategies for product expansion, including adding new customers to existing products and introducing new products to the system.
Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to align strategies with overarching company goals.
Strategically Planning quarterly and annual plans for the firm.
Personally assist the founder in various tasks and projects, providing direct support to facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives.
All such activities required for the role to function efficiently.
Exceptional presentation skills to effectively communicate complex strategies and ideas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to think innovatively and explore new possibilities.
