Job Summary
    Create and refine comprehensive UX user flows for business-critical interactions.
  • Work with users and product teams to test, evaluate and iterate on product features.
  • Monitor and analyse data, how well existing interfaces work and where they breakdown.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions.
  • You lead and empower your team by example. You have proven history of creating a healthy design culture within your previous organisation, love managing people and are a master influencer.
  • Lead and build product design capabilities by collaborating with designers and design leads to continually improve the design practice.
  • Empower and mentor designers on your team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive environment within a growing team.
  • Maintain and evolve the design team workflows to ensure our deliverables are of extremely high quality and on brand.
  • Be receptive and open to ambiguity .
  • Optimize the design team's delivery capability by reviewing our process, implementing best practice and tools.
  • Empower team members to proactively lead iteration cycles with stakeholders and push designs forward according to the team's vision and understanding of the business goals of each request.
  • Be highly communicative and responsive both within your team and with stakeholders.
  • Work with Design Leads to implement the right process to hire, on-board, train, and mentor new team members.
  • You will help build a vision and strategy for Gravity, working with the design team and teams from Product Management and Engineering.
  • You will create an energetic, creative culture and environment
  • Encourage and inspire innovation across teams.
