Event Producer/Conference Producer

(English speaking environment)

Workplace: Sector 2, Noida

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with venue staff to ensure that the event runs smoothly and that any technical

difficulties are addressed promptly.

2. Developing an event concept based on client needs, audience demographics, and available

resources.

3. Managing budgets and finances to ensure that money is not wasted or mismanaged.

4. Developing marketing strategies to promote events through social media and traditional

advertising channels such as radio and TV.

6. Coordinating with sponsors to secure funding for events

Skill for Event Producer /Conference Producer:

Communication, Attention to detail, Problem Solving, Negotiation, Creativity,

Qualifications for Event Producer/Conference Producer:

1.Excellent written or oral communications skills.

2.Minimum of 1 years in organizing international events and conferences.

3.Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.

4. Strong work ethic and attention to quality and data.

5.Experience in working within a multicultural and international environment.

6.Strong editing skills. (Writing samples required)

7.Ability to use an international network of contacts for commercial purpose.

8. Ability to solve problems and successfully engage with appropriate technical and internal

resources.

9.Relevant experience of undertaking marketing and corporate communications work.

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Conference skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Master or higher education

Preferred - Located in Any

Preferred - Good command over English
