International Business Development:

Exp. 1Years to 3 Years

(English speaking environment)

Workplace: Noida, Sector 3

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for identifying aftermarket risks and create protect and defend strategies.

2. Generating new revenue streams.

3. Identifies business development issues affecting capture and proposal process and provides

leadership in developing effective solutions

4. Support execution of business development initiatives to achieve markets’ growth objectives

5. Acts as the external "face" of the business throughout the assigned territory,

developing high-impact, trust-based relationships with clients and prospects, industry

thought-leaders and learning technology and content providers where we see the

greatest potential for return on investment.

6. Generating content for LinkedIn, the blog, to fuel client interest.

7. Support international long range plan reviews and cross-corporate international business

strategy and analysis.

8. Provide support to other regions, programs, and business area initiatives as required.

9. Build a competitive and market intelligence database, and ensure relevance and

applicability to further strategies.

10. Support execution of business development initiatives to achieve markets’ growth

objectives.

Qualifications for International Business Development:

 Candidates must be able to show experience and understanding of the media industry

and key trends within the media landscape.

 Negotiating complex sales agreements and contracts.

 Excellent written, communication and organizational skills required.

 Comprehensive understanding of business modelling, planning, and budgeting.

 Thorough knowledge of emerging industry trends, competitors, distribution channels,

and customer base
