Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives) Strategic Overall responsibility for planning the Digital & Social Media promotion to enhance the image of the Centre by ensuring regular advertising using all possible mediums as well as good coverage of various events/ occasions/ initiatives, etc. Develop the marketing strategy for mall s digital platforms in consultation with Head-Marketing who is developing the overall marketing strategy Keep track of the market in terms of current issues and external factors that may have an impact on the image of the Centre and Digital strategies for mitigating the impact. Developing/managing all aspects of the App marketing campaigns & strategies to drive mobile traffic Operations Develop a strong database of customers through various initiatives along with the team targeting the HNIs and integrating and managing all communication through the digital medium simultaneously. Media buying strategy and execution with key brands such as Google, Facebook, YouTube etc to create broader reach and align the brand s visibility on bigger platforms Building brand awareness and ensure brand consistency across all channels of consumer engagement on the digital medium Conceptualize online events and reach our TG to ensure success of such online events. Accountable for social media content creation aligned to the brand s positioning and key messaging across all current platforms (Facebook, , Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Google Plus) Conduct analytical studies through the digital medium to find and understand various changing consumer buying trends, changing taste, consumer expectations and submit the research reports to all stakeholders within the organization for making necessary changes to meet consumer expectations Manage Marketing Budget across various digital medium. Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth via paid and owned channels) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimising campaigns, analysing traffic data and solving problems). Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment. Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained. Collaborate closely with technical, business, and support teams to manage simultaneous time sensitive projects. Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results (paid and owned). Financial Raise indents for the various functional expenses and follow up to ensure PO are raised on time Verify the invoices raised by the various agencies/vendors before forwarding the same to GM Sales & Marketing and accounts department and ensure payment within defined timelines Ensure proper documentation of all expenses incurred and follow the guidelines provided by the Finance & Accounts function to ensure compliance .
