Role and Responsibilities Preparing technical scripts across various technologies and building coding challenges and writing boilerplate code Understand the technical strategies of our clients (technologies, projects, resources, tools and development methodologies) Coordinate with Project Management to assist them in setting up software development teams Provide technical training for our teams and ensure adherence to high standards of coding and development best practices Conduct technical interviews with prospective candidates to determine their fit Build a strong network across the IT community in Bangalore by attending networking events, meetups and conferences Stay up to date on new technologies, languages, and frameworks Skills and Competencies 3+ years of experience in development along with mentoring and code reviewing A problem-solver with a high level of self-confidence Good understanding of programming and algorithmics Good written and spoken English communication Interview skills with the ability to screen for both technical and behavioral qualities Strong interest in the IT industry Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
